Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligible Returns
- Item received is damaged or defective
- Wrong item delivered
- Item does not match the product description
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, assembled, or damaged by the customer
- Items without original packaging
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
How to Request a Return
WhatsApp us at 0323 2421299 or email hello@bachaplanet.pk with your order details and photos of the item. We’ll arrange a pickup or replacement as soon as possible.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash. Since we operate on COD, no online payments are reversed.
